Polyurethane Binders


POLYVAL COATINGS INC. was the first national manufacturer of one-component moisture-cure polyurethane binders which, when mixed with rubber granules, are used to form athletic running tracks and tennis courts. Customer applications also include mold production used in wall sound-proofing. POLYVAL, using highly sophisticated equipment and technical expertise, has satisfied the demands of an international customer base in a relatively short period of time.

ROBAR INDUSTRIES CANADA LTD., founded in 1973, has developed a family of moisture-cure products utilizing the Polyur brand name specifically for the consumer market. A network of 500 stores across Canada stock Polyur products specially formulated for the coating of hardwood and concrete flooring. The Polyur brand of coatings enjoys a 60% market-share in Canada.


Established in 1990 in the United States, XYMAX COATINGS INCORPORATED specializes in anti-corrosive coatings using highly advanced technology. Applicable to steel structures in general, XYMAX products will soon be available in 10 countries around the world.
