INVENTORY / CUSTOMER SERVICE COORDINATOR
We are looking to add an Inventory / Customer Service Coordinator to our team. The position will work closely with local production operations coordinating the inventory requirements of a US affiliate company and will involve frequent direct customer contact and follow-up. This position will play a key role in the company’s operations and offers the successful candidate career growth opportunities. To be considered, a candidate should posses the following qualities:
- Experience in inventory planning in manufacturing setting;
- Understanding of basic inventory concepts;
- Familiarity with information systems as well as Excel, Word, etc.
- Fluency in both languages --- especially English (exclusively US customer base)
- Able to work under pressure and with tight deadlines
- Able to work with many departments, often with incomplete information
- Self starter, able to work on his/her own, able to find out what is necessary to get the job done
- Strong “follow-up” skills
- Able to work independently but also an excellent communicator
